| A dog was again found on the premises in the back |
| with the cashier. This dog is not a service animal and must not be allowed in the facility. During the inspection, the |
| employee refused acess to the back area where the animal as being maintained (but was clearly visible throught hte glass |
| partition) and then had the dog removed by her children (also present in the back) while the inspector was inspecting coolers. |
| Cashier then argued with the inspector that the dog had not been there. A recheck will be done at a later time to ensure |
| continued compliance with this code. Further violations may result in board action againt the license holder. |
